This project involved the extension of an existing floor plate, an upgrade of the existing façade with glazed curtain walling, internal refurbishment, construction of a new double height entry lobby, and End of Trip facility to this run down neglected 50 year old office building.  In particular the upgrades to level three, were in desperate need. The completed refurbishment and construction works have rejuvenated the building, and ensured that it is now a desired space to operate from for local businesses.
