A new packaging and warehouse facilities for Westbuild in Wangara industrial area. The works include a 3,640 m² building footprint in a 1.9 ha site comprising a main warehouse, storage building, dispatch areas, a tower structure, and associated hardstand.

The site layout provides parking bays, landscaped areas exceeding minimum requirements, and a new crossover to the entry road, with allowance for future road widening and potential future showroom development.
