A boutique hospitality fitout transforming an existing beachfront tenancy along Scarborough’s Esplanade into a warm, sophisticated wine bar. The project combines refined materiality, custom joinery, and a carefully curated interior palette to create an intimate, high‑quality venue experience.

The works include a full interior demolition and complete bar and dining room fitout incorporating recycled brick feature walls, bespoke timber bar tops, engineered stone waiter stations, acoustic panelling, new kitchen layout, banquette seating, polished concrete floors and upgraded services throughout.
