Located on Rottnest Island, this project will deliver 32 accommodation units providing 128 beds through a three-phase construction approach, with all materials and labour to be exported by ocean barge.

Each unit features four bedrooms with individual study nooks and amenities, two shared bathrooms, and secure access control systems, complemented by a central amenities building housing dining, recreational, kitchen, and laundry facilities.
